Director and ChairMark has more than 20 years’ experience of governance roles in Australia and New Zealand.
He is a director of Precinct Properties, ANZ Bank New Zealand, Booster Financial Services and Chair of Te Atiawa Iwi Holdings.
Patrick Mulholland
DirectorPatrick has 20 years’ experience in principal investment, asset management, M&A and corporate finance advisory.
He is a Partner in QIC's Global Infrastructure team, leading origination and new investment for the Energy and Utilities sector in Australia.
He is also an alternate Director for Pacific Energy (Australia's leader in remote power generation).
Simon Mackenzie
DirectorSimon is passionate about the power of technology to transform the energy industry and consumers’ lives.
He was appointed Vector’s Group Chief Executive in 2008. Since then he has expanded and driven Vector’s portfolio of businesses to embrace innovative technologies and strategies to deliver efficient, sustainable energy solutions to consumers.
Dame Paula Rebstock
DirectorDame Paula Rebstock is a leading Auckland-based economist and company director, who was made a Dame Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit in 2015.
She is Chair of NZ Healthcare Investments (Asia Pacific Healthcare Group), National Hauora Coalition, Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Whai Maia and the New Zealand Defence Force Board and a director of SeaLink Group, Auckland One Rail, AIA and the NZX.
Dame Paula is also the former Chair of the New Zealand Commerce Commission.
Simon Clarke
DirectorSimon is a professional Non-Executive Director with a number of Board roles in the NZ utilities, infrastructure & logistics sector. Simon’s 20+ executive career included being CIO/GM Technology & Metering of a NZ generator/utilities retailer. He has extensive experience in utilities metering and he was previously CEO of NZ digital metering service business, Arc Innovations (subsequently acquired by Bluecurrent). Simon is also a qualified commercial lawyer and has also been involved in a number of large scale M&A transactions in the ANZ utilities markets. He is a Chartered Member of the NZ Institute of Directors.
Sally Farrier

Sally Farrier is a professional director and advisor, with extensive experience in energy, infrastructure, and natural resources in both commercial and government sectors.
With over 25 years of governance and non-executive expertise, she currently serves as a director at Orion Group and as a member of the Advisory Board for the Melbourne Energy Institute (University of Melbourne).
Sally's notable past roles include independent non-executive directorships at ASX100 AusNet Services (2014-2022) and NZX/ASX Meridian Energy (2012-2016).
Adrian Hill
DirectorAdrian is a senior executive with over 25 years' Australian and international experience in strategic and finance roles in the resources, energy infrastructure and investment banking industries. He has an established record in strategy development, operational management, investment analysis, transaction management, corporate structuring and capital raising. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of the Financial Institute of Australia and has a Certificate in Governance Practice from the Governance Institute of Australia. Adrian is also a non-executive director of Black Canyon Limited.

Virginia Suttell, Chief Financial Officer
GAICD FCA FGIA FCISVirginia’s diverse background is in corporate finance, business strategy and operational management as Chief Financial Officer for small to mid-sized listed ASX Mining and Energy companies.
She is responsible for the overall financial stewardship of Bluecurrent as well as leading the commercial services function and execution and monitoring of business strategy.
Sara Broadhurst, Chief Human Resources Officer
M.Sc Psychology, BASara is an experienced HR executive with more than 20 years working in People and Communications in the UK, NZ and Australia. She has worked in listed companies, government agencies and not for profits and specialises in coaching, team dynamics and performance, organisational change and transformation. Sara leads Bluecurrent’s Human Resources, Communications and Marketing teams.
Richard Fink, Chief Product Officer

Matt Bostwick, Chief Customer Officer - NZ

With a focus on coaching teams and solving customer challenges, he is also passionate about increasing diversity and supporting the next generation of tech superstars. Matt leads Bluecurrent’s sales, customer support and operational teams in New Zealand.

Jane is responsible for continuing to grow the company's Australian business.
Craig Evans, General Manager - Strategy and Growth
CA, GAICDCraig has more than 25 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategy and investor relations as an investment banking adviser and within large corporate companies.
His M&A work spans across a range of sectors including General Industrials, Consumer, Agribusiness and Infrastructure. Craig will work as part of the executive leadership team to deliver Bluecurrent’s ambitious growth plans.
Mike Hendry, Chief Technology Officer
MBA, CMInstD, CISMMike’s background covers architecture, product development, marketing, software development, e-commerce, and cyber security in large corporates and technology-based start-ups globally.
Mike leads the company's architecture, operations, development, cloud and technology delivery teams. He also identifies and maintains key partnerships to meet the demands of systems, security, and digital maturity.

She has navigated complex legal challenges, set up corporate governance practices and advised on high profile mergers and acquisitions. Katherine leads our risk, regulatory and legal teams across Australia and New Zealand.
